Hybrid working has always existed, but its prevalence has been turbocharged by the pandemic and subsequent remote working experiment. While in 2020 we have already found our ways around remote collaboration, we still need to think how we should organize our working setup in the coming months.

During the session Tony will share with us latest trends in designing effective ways of working in post-pandemic era. We will discuss on ideas which can lead us to rethink and create news solutions to work arrangements that will best answer our individual and team needs.
