As the Talent Attraction & Engagement Manager for PepsiCo across Europe I help drive the Employer Brand mission and strategy to position PepsiCo as a top of mind employer.
My scope today is:

  • Supporting the different BU’s in Europe in translating our global EVP via rollout of EVP workshops on site;
  • Develop sector- wide content recommendations providing a consistent look/feel across outputs and enabling execution in-market;
  • Execute sector-wide hero campaigns to increase brand reputation;
  • Create toolkits/ideation and agency partnerships to help generate best-in-class local EB Campaigns;
  • Share EB best-practices te help facilitate the successful implementation of local initiatives;
  • Educate the broader TA teams and Europe organization by providing toolkits, monthly calls, training-sessions and day-to-day guidance in the geography.

In my 9+ years of employment at PepsiCo, I have experienced only excitement to be in a several positions in HR & Talent Acquisition in Supply Chain to Employer Branding CoE Europe. , that introduces top talent. I have a background in HR & Marketing Management. Highly passionate about the human factor and the employee experience.
