We often say that the only constant thing in life is change – we go through different transformations in our professional and private life. The amount of changes sometime is becoming overwhelming, crushing our motivation, creativity and ability to work collaborate effectively.

Together with NeuroLeadership Institute expert, we will take a deep dive into the neuroscience of going through difficult changes. We will learn science-based strategies to stay focused and collaborative through crisis to help us turn down the stress of challenging times and find new, even more productive ways to work together and uncover the essential habits to work through turbulent times.

Personal Information:

Robert Stewart is a Facilitator and Executive Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute. He has 12 years of clinical and managerial experience working in the field of psychology in both the public and private medical sectors. He specialises in leadership development alongside performance management, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement and has worked with global companies from a range of industries including; Media, Oil & Gas, Sport, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance and Banking. He has also worked as a Senior Lecturer on a Masters course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Buckinghamshire New University. He holds a Masters degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a Post graduate diploma in Business Psychology, an undergraduate honours degree in Psychology.
