Interactive session where we will learn about FASE Method, a methodology that will help us on personal effectiveness by focusing on few priorities with higher value and better energy management as critical aspect to navigating under uncertainty in times of pandemic. Agustín Peralt is a Ph. D. in Business Administration (Valencia Polytechnic University (UPV)) and a Full Time MBA at ESADE Business School Barcelona.
Agustín is a senior consultant specializing in projects with top managers and professionals in the areas of productivity ( self-leadership ), effective resilience and effective leadership.
After 15 years of managerial experience, he refocused his career to training and mentoring. Over the past 6 years he has led over 70 projects in both family and multinational companies in the area of managerial productivity.
He currently leads personal productivity projects of a highly diverse nature, including chefs with 3 Michelin stars, directors and management committees of multinational companies, and management teams in many different sectors. He has been working with PEPSICO since 2017.
He was a visiting professor at the HvA (University of Amsterdam) for 4 years, and is currently a visiting professor at ESADE Business School.

Mireia has more than seventeen years´ experience in the technology space leading and managing international teams in multiple geographies primary in Europe, United States, China, Canada and AME countries. During her career in the multinationals PepsiCo, Heineken and Accenture she has garnered experience in applied leadership and building winning teams with different cultures and backgrounds.
Mireia describes herself as a firm optimist and passionate about digital transformation and the power of diverse talent which is key to foster collaboration and innovation across teams.
Mireia holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE, an MBA from the University of HEC Paris, she is an active member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and mentor of STEM Women and Women in Mobile.
